Welcome to the Living Kinetics gym!

Where we take one step closer to living pain free! One of the greatest gifts to yourself is learning to become confident with exercise—let us help.

Now available by appointment only, you’ll be guided through a 60–90 minute, one-on-one workout that can be paired with a massage to best support your results. If not a bodywork session, you’ll at the very least be treated to whole body vibration therapy and muscle flossing at the end of your workout. We look forward to seeing you on the books and in the gym!
